Order Tracking

By placing an order you we will send you an order number and a confirmation email.

Your order is dispatched as soon as possible and at most within 24 hours, then you will be notified via email. On this email we will provide a tracking number. To view the location of you parcel, you will find the tracking information you need in the notification mail we sent you. In case your order is intended to be delivered by international courier we will make sure that we provide you with the necessary tracking number and details.

All Isador orders on hand are handled with great care. Our products are packaged in plastic packaging before being placed in the shipping parcels or boxes and this ensures that you will receive your items neat and dry. We track our orders that we send with Australia Post. All orders above 200 AUD are eligible for free shipping and include a shipping insurance for more assurance.

Overseas orders will be handled by Australia international post. It takes up to 3 weeks to deliver orders for distance countries.

All prices on Isador.com are GST inclusive.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any part of your order you are entitled to return it within 14 days from the purchase date. You can replace with other items of the same value, or have your money refunded, as per your request. In such cases you are kindly requested to return the item unused, in the original packaging and the proof of purchase.

Kindly follow the instructions on items before washing. Our return policy does not apply for items damaged by washing incorrectly.

If the product returned meet the above criteria and the reason of return is related the product manufacturing, Isador will credit the postage.

We highly recommend using a reliable shipping service that provide tracking number and insurance as Isador is not responsible for the loss or delay of returned packages.

This policy applies to all orders.

You must contact us to explain the reason of return and to provide the receipt order number and we will guide you through the rest of the process.

Faulty Products

In case of faulty product you must  contact us to explain the fault. Once we receive the item we will assess the fault. For faulty items we have a return policy of 90 days. In case the item was misused or care instructions were not followed you will not be able to claim the item as faulty.

If the item was proven to be faulty we offer either a refund or store credit. If the item meets the return policy criteria we will credit the postage.
